Ownership in the Low-Carbon Future.

Cardinal Ethanol (CAEO) combines the stability of industrial manufacturing with the exponential upside of the carbon economy. We are not just processing corn; we are capitalizing decarbonization.

Why Invest in Cardinal Ethanol?

Scale & Diversification

Scale & Diversification

With the acquisition of the Colwich facility, Cardinal Ethanol has evolved from a single-site operator to a multi-regional platform. This diversification mitigates local basis risk and weather-related volatility.

Operational Efficiency

We consistently rank in the top tier of the industry for yield per bushel and energy efficiency per gallon. Our management team is focused on maximizing the “crush margin” through disciplined hedging and operational uptime.

Future-Proofing Assets

Our investment in Carbon Capture and Sequestration (CCS) is a strategic moat. As the world decarbonizes, the value of low-carbon liquid fuels will rise. Cardinal Ethanol is securing the infrastructure today to lead that market tomorrow.

Value Beyond
the Book.

In public markets, value is often fixated on quarterly earnings. As a private partnership, we focus on intrinsic value. Our balance sheet carries assets—land, stainless steel fermentation capacity, and logistics infrastructure—at historical depreciated cost.

The Reality: The replacement cost of these assets today, combined with our “One Carbon” sequestration rights, represents significant “Hidden Value” that does not appear on a standard GAAP balance sheet. Owning a unit of Cardinal is owning a share of this tangible industrial base.

The 45Z & 45Q Opportunity.

Our partnership with Vault 44.01 is transforming our revenue model. By sequestering ~400,000 tons of CO2 annually, we aim to generate federal tax credits (Section 45Z/45Q) and premium LCFS credits. This “Carbon Revenue” is a pure-profit stream separated from the volatility of corn and ethanol prices.
